I turn complex problems into products people can actually use.
Senior Product Designer for complex products and workflows.
I work with teams facing complicated products, unclear requirements, difficult workflows, and projects that need direction. I combine UX research, product strategy, business analysis, interaction design, and technical understanding to figure out what should be built and why.
The Screen is Only Part of the Problem
Great products don't begin with screens. They begin with understanding.
I look beyond the interface to understand the people doing the work, the business behind it, the systems they depend on, and the workflows that connect everything. By understanding the whole picture, I can separate symptoms from root causes, simplify what is unnecessarily complicated, and design products that work for both the people who use them and the businesses that support them.
Listen First
Start with the people. Understand their goals, frustrations, workarounds, and the reality of how the work gets done.
See the Whole Picture
A screen doesn't exist in isolation. Understand the business, systems, processes, people, and decisions surrounding the experience.
Find the Real Problem
Don't simply improve what is visible. Separate symptoms from root causes and solve the problem that actually needs solving.
Make Complexity Simple
Good design doesn't make complex things simplistic. It gives people clarity, confidence, and a straightforward path through complexity.
Experienced. Curious. Always Learning.
Technology changes. Good problem-solving doesn't.
I use modern tools, including AI, to accelerate research, exploration, prototyping, wireframing, and animation. I also use AI to continue learning and stay current with emerging technologies and design practices. But the tools don't replace the most important parts of design: understanding people, asking the right questions, finding the root problem, and making sound product decisions.
AI helps me move faster. Experience helps me know where to go.
A core part of my approach
Workflow analysis — understanding what people actually do.
Before I redesign an interface, I want to understand what happens before the screen, what happens after it, and why the person using it has to interact with it at all.
I look beyond individual screens to understand the entire journey: where information comes from, what decisions users make, where processes break down, what causes frustration, and where technology can eliminate unnecessary work. This is particularly valuable in complex enterprise systems, where a seemingly simple feature can affect dozens of interconnected processes. By understanding the workflow before designing the interface, I can identify problems that might otherwise go unnoticed.
A combination of perspectives most designers don't have.
I bring UX design, product strategy, business analysis, software development, and real-world business ownership to every engagement. That combination lets me look at a problem from more than one angle.
Good UX can make a good product better. Great UX can help turn a troubled product around.
